List of Netflix movies confirmed for release in 2023

When it comes to new movies on Netflix, last year really upped the ante with many good originals coming out on the streaming service. There were many blockbusters, funny comedies, and emotional dramas. Thankfully, it looks like 2023 will keep this flow going.

2023 kicked off with the mystery thriller The Pale Blue Eye with Christian Bale, and continues with a romantic comedy with Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher, the sequels to Murder Mystery and Extraction, and many other titles.

In 2022 Netflix promised to release a new movie every week, and it looks like they're keeping that promise until 2023. There are a lot of new Netflix movies coming in 2023 to get excited about, and we're sharing all the movies that have been confirmed for the year so far.

Netflix movies coming in 2023

While several new movies have already premiered in 2023 or had dates announced throughout the year, the upcoming movie release calendar is starting to fill up.

Netflix hasn't announced its full slate of movies for 2023 as of January, but there are already a handful of movies scheduled to premiere in the spring, and others are slated for the summer, such as Extraction 2, Murder Mystery 2 and Jennifer Lopez's The Mother.
